“Ultimately, it won’t be the new playing-field, new rules or new way to play the game that changes people. There will be change when this new spirit is received. When it changes people’s minds and enflames their Heart. The people are longing for a vision of themselves and the World that inspires them. They need a new mythology.”

Long ago, in a faraway time, across lands that would be unrecognizable to us now, there was a civilization that knew the Truth. Because they had not forgotten their Origin and Destiny, their children were raised knowing the Truth of where they had come from and the purpose of their return. Because they weren’t sleeping to the Actualities of the Great Sea of Life teeming around them, they were awake to realities that we can only dream of…
But that is changing. We are living in a wild, exciting time as the world crosses a great threshold in the cycles of time.
And so, we are set to be graced with a new illumination. Advancements made as the Pisces Age started to yield to Aquarius will now be immensely expanded and clarified with enlightenment. Systems, structures and “things” will start to make sense on a new, more expansive level because they will be geared for Wisdom above material gain.
This new enlightenment extends also to the within. Inward, spiritual illumination will reveal fresh possibilities for Humanity. For the first time, in a long time, the collective consciousness will perceive the Divine, Human Nature and Humanities’ role in the Universal scheme. This mainstream Realization will teach Humanity to embrace their ever-present Being or ‘Self’ – their own, unique (vibrational) dignity and worth.
“We are learning what other cultures always knew;
to know ourselves we must know the Gods and Goddesses of myth.”
~ James Hillman
Mythology is here described as experiences of mystical interaction told as some manner of transpersonal discourse, usually spiritual, religious or psychological in nature. This is in direct relationship to the original understanding of the word ‘mythology’, which literally translates as “a branch of knowledge pertaining to speech and discourse.”
Mythology reflects the collective Soul of a society. Without active Mythology there is only a limited collective Soul, if any. This implies that our dreams for ourselves, and our commitment to those dreams, are a largely individuated experience. And not only that, but because of a rather common division between one’s own dreams for themselves and the dreams projected onto them by cultural norms (in general) and loved ones (more specifically), it is not uncommon for an individual to become disassociated from their own inner longings, even to the point of committing their energy entirely to fulfilling dreams that aren’t their own. According to Joseph Campbell this is because “our divided, schizophrenic worldview renders no mythology adequate to coordinate our conscious and unconscious. But,” he adds, “That is coming to an end.”
Union is the answer. This is why we find the purpose-driven action, “to unite,” as the literal definition of the word ‘religion’. It is all about finding a harmonious union between your outer world and your Inner World; between your reality-experience and the Actualities of your existence; between one another; between the Divine Above and the reflective “below”.
When the context of society changes, a new mythology is absolutely in order. This is why the core of every embodiment develops around shared commitments and ideals.
And on a greater scale, here we lay the very New Culture Plan on a backbone of mystical context:
