PROCESS 7 Action - Strength

If you have been following the text to reach this point then you will already know that while we are inclined to make use of the Number 5 to represent function and action within the model we are putting forth, the Number is scalable in either direction. In this case it is used to represent "internal organs" of function - or the environment in which the constituent-parts will participate in the Whole. They take into account the ideals-aims-behaviors which guide and form the collective body and provide a coordinating center between part and whole and the broadest centers within (the body being decentralized).

With that being said:

ORGANS OF THE BODY or CIRCLES OF PARTICIPATION

FOUNDING MEMBERS ESTABLISH A DEFINED MIDDLE GROUND BETWEEN WHOLES AND PARTS BY IDENTIFYING THE BROADEST MODES OF PARTICIPATION INTERIOR TO THE COLLECTIVE BODY, BASED ON THE PREDETERMINED IDEALS-AIMS-BEHAVIORS. THESE ARE THE ORGANS THAT GIVE THE COLLECTIVE BODY ITS LIFE.

NOTE: The broad middle place between the Whole and its constituent parts is where the Vision and the people come together in the most generalized modes. For example, a community offering seminars to others, a youth school, and self-development courses for their own residents, could identify "Educational Activities" as a generalized realm of participation.

Now, where realms of participation are concerned, it needs noted here (and will be explained elsewhere) that individuals participating in a collective body naturally form "Circles" by virtue of fulfilling the aims-behaviors of the body. A Circle is any semi-autonomous, internal enviornment that can be defined and classified by a specifically unique trait or a certain realm of independent function. Circles are empowered to form their own directional goals, and accountable for executing, measuring and controlling their own process. However, Circles must always consider the impact of their actions and expressions on other environments and give forethought to the needs and expectations of the Whole.

There is a distinct process for Circles to communicate, share and collectively address issues involving only those enviornments affected. It is through the so-called organs of the body that the broadest scopes of interaction, decision making and exchange occur.
