PROCESS 9 Ennoblement - Victory

Every Intention which does not assert itself by deeds is vain intention, and the speech which expresses it is idle speech. It is action which proves life and establishes Will. Hence it is said in the sacred symbolical books that men will be judged, not according to their thoughts and their ideas, but according to their Works.”
~ Eliphas Levi

In our Development Process (Process 6) we discussed the need for "connective conduct" and elaborated a conduct model which briefly touched on the inclusion of behavioral responsibilities for a body’s participants. This Process now expands the idea of clearly defining the standard of expectation for participation in the Whole:

Commitment from the Part to the Whole

FOUNDING MEMBERS ESTABLISH A DEFINED COMMITMENT FROM THE PART TO THE WHOLE BY IDENTIFYING THE ACTING RESPONSIBILITY EVERY PART HAS AS THE REQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COLLECTIVE BODY.

EX: Ennoblement aside, this can be something as basic as “showing up on
  time to the weekly meeting.”

And the standard of return from the Whole to the part:

Commitment from the Whole to the Part

FOUNDING MEMBERS ESTABLISH A DEFINED COMMITMENT FROM THE WHOLE TO THE PART BY IDENTIFYING THE LIBERTIES THE COLLECTIVE BODY RETURNS TO ALL WHO UPHOLD THEIR VOW OF RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPATION.

EX: If an individual fulfills their role in the group, and shows up on
time to the weekly meeting, they might retain the Liberty of being
otherwise Self-Governing, with plenty of time in each day to explore Self-
  Mastery.
