The New Atlantis

The New Atlantis represents an ideal government of the Earth. A government which applies to a small community as well as it applies to a vast nation. A government which honors the development of the individual even as it honors the development of the Whole.

The New Atlantis foretells that day when in the midst of the demise of Humanity there shall rise up a Strong, Beautiful, and Just foundation of philosophic and reasoning minds - an order of the Illumined banded together for the purpose of applying the Mysteries of Light to civilization.

The Age of Slumber is ending and we are rapidly approaching a nobler era. Even if appearances presently suggest otherwise. Like the first Atlantis, the motherland of this noble era lies between the symbolic Pillars of Hercules. For between them runs the middle path which leads upward from the uncertainties of Earth to that perfect order which is established only among the Enlightened.
